The regular catalog shows the products we keep ready most often, but it is not the limit of what Back Roads Mercantile can make. Many other blank shirts, hats, cups, bags, and gift items can be ordered when someone has a particular need.

More product choices

Ask about alternate styles, sizes, materials, and product shapes, including:

  • Heavier or premium-weight T-shirts
  • Long-sleeve shirts and sweatshirts
  • Hoodies and jackets suitable for decorating
  • Different cap and hat styles
  • Larger coffee cups, travel mugs, and tumblers
  • Alternate tote bags and other useful blanks
  • Special sizes, colors, or design placements

Personal and small-group projects

Special orders are especially welcome for one person or a small group. Examples include:

  • A single personalized gift
  • Matching shirts for a family trip or reunion
  • A small church, club, class, or volunteer group
  • A local event, team, school, or organization
  • A design celebrating another Texas city or landmark
  • A different animal, saying, name, date, or color
  • A small run of items created for a particular occasion

Back Roads Mercantile welcomes individual orders, personalized gifts, matching items for families, and small-group projects. A single special item or a modest custom run can receive the kind of personal attention that makes it feel made for the people ordering it.

Working within a tight budget? Ask whether a simpler design, alternate blank, bundled price, or lower-cost option is available. No explanation of personal circumstances is required.

The request does not have to match something already shown in the store. Tell us the item, quantity, size, color, wording, design idea, deadline, and approximate budget. For a product request that is not about a city, simply leave the city field blank and describe the request in the comments box.
